Well my CF zyclone hood came in today. I'm going to be painting it along with the car (RED) but decided to put it on and see how it looks.

u could do what my friend did with his rsx he had the carbon fiber hood shot with a tranlucent blue so u could still see the carbon fiber turned out great ive also seen this dun in red to!
car looks freking nasty...and by nasty i mean really nice..i really like your rims...where did you get those?? and the cf hood...looks badass, now you should get a carbon fiber spoiler to match, and then some carbon mirrors....**** jsut make the whole car carbon fiber! haha but really where did you get those rims???

Thanks guys there chromnium black. I honestly don't like having a diff color hood then the car. I really think i'm just gonna paint it. The only reason i bought it was because its a lookalike GT-4 hood. And it goes with the bodykit i have. So i don't know what im gonna do yet. I bought the hood from VIS and it was about $500
Well good news, my car goes into the bodyshop this weekend. Will be taking pics of the progress, and keeping everyone updated as well.

Ya i paid about $500 for it. my car will hopefully be going into the shop this weekend. Dustin your wanting to get that hood and paint it? If so thats gonna look HAWT.

Thanks itchy. Well my bodyman just called me today. I'm taking my front bumper to his shop tomorrow so he can make the custom frame support and custom brackets for the 5th gen PCP clear turns. Hopefully by Sunday or Monday my car will be in there getting bodywork and kit installed.

Just took my front bumper and turns to get the support frame made for the turns and the support for the front bumper.
Bad news is my car has to wait another week before it goes in for a make-over.

Ok. I got a question for everyone now. My bodyman wants to take that bar that goes in the center of the opening out. And put two of them in there. So that the license plate can be in the middle of the front bumper but behind the mesh. I would just like the plate to be on the left side of the bar. But he thinks it would look better done this way? What do you guys think?

I Think your body man's got it right. Plate in the middle.
Yup now that i look at it i think thats how its gonna be the two beams on the side, and then the plate right in the middle. But the plates going behind the front bumper and the mesh. i really can not wait till i get this done.

Your car looks hot though, Just make sure your bodyman makes the liscense plate look like its suppose to be there, and not just thrown in there cheaply, or it will hurt your cars looks greatly.

It will be bracketed with metal. Behind the bodykit. I'll get a picture of how his is on his prelude and show everyone. You will barely be able to see it in the first place, just because it will be behind the mesh. But i'm going there tomorrow and seeing how far he's gotten.
