MEET SCHEDULE

12:00PM - 3:00PM : ALL participants in this meet will meet at a specific location (I will update with the location) at the given time. 3 o clock pm the latest please.
3:00PM - 6:00PM : We will be having Lunch/Dinner at a specific location (I will update with the location) at the given time. 6 o clock pm is when we leave to the Orlando Speed World Dragway.
6:00PM - 10:30PM : We will be having our main event at Orlando Speed World Dragway during these times. Please be remember that general admission fee is $10 dollars and quarter mile entry is $15 if you want to run instead of just parking and watching. JEN will be recording all those who are running the quarter mile on camera so you better do your BEST! I know I will. even though I never ran before.
10:30PM - 5:00AM : We will be checking into the hotels during these times. The hotel we are checking into is called Crossland Economics Studios. We will be renting out 2 rooms for the night. Each room will be ranging around $80. So please bring enough to help out with the rent if you plan on staying the night. We will be hanging out in one room and sleeping in seperate rooms. We will also be having pizza and liquor and snacks.

so all of that is for friday what is going on on sat. because i might ot have the money to stay the night but still dont know and on friday i can be there till 500 because i dont get off work till 4;30 and my girlfriend dot get off till 5;30 so you have to make that list again sorry but i want to be there in time but there is no way i could be there is time

LoL. I was thinking about that all day today and I was thinking about somewhere near the track. There are ALOT of restaurants on Alafaya Trail, which is a big road that intersects Colonial Dr on our way to the track. And also, it's near the Hotel too. Hmmm. Give me more time to figure it out. I should have another list posted up by the end of tomarrow. I'm gonna ask my co-worker becuz he lives near UCF area Alafaya Trail.

Oh yeah, I've noticed not a lot of you people haven't been posting lately. I can tell not many people are excited and I can tell already a lot of people aren't going to show up. If you can't show up, that is fine. There is always next time. No one is forcing you to come ok guys? So please let us know that if you can come or not. It's a week away and I don't want to be calling all you people finding out that you can't make it and waste time waiting. I just want to make sure people have fun like last time. Woot! At this point I'm a "maybe", but I have a good feeling about this. My job is bitching, but they didn't give me my raise so f*** them. lol. I will be leaving work early that day if all goes well. the celi has a check engine light and i dont know how to check that crap because it's OBD1. if anyone knows, please tell me how. lol. this will mostcertainly guarantee that i will be attending.

EDIT: Found out the celica has a f'ed up oxygen sensor so i'll be taking the tC. is it weird for me to drive all the way to orlando for a celica meet if i'll be taking the tC? i mean, it'll be fun wooping everyones ass on the 1/4... lmao (jk!!!). but really, a lot of people are trying to sell me on why i shouldnt go since i wont have the celica. the reason i want to go is because ive been on these forums for about 3 years and i think interacted with a lot of you at one point or anyther and would liek to meet you all. but its kinda demotivating if i wont have the celica with me and a lot of people that are close to me are telling me i shouldnt go.

dont kow if im going to make it out because of the time i get out of work i have to go because if i dont i dont get payed for monday it is a payed holiday but i have to got to work friday and tuesday to get payed for it so will have to see what happens i dont want to drive out for a hour because it is a 2 hour drive to stay for a hour thats ****y lol are you guys doing any thing on saterday

Alright, we alright, we are suppose to be sure by today if it's a hurricane or a tropical storm. Even so, the dragstrip will be wet and slippery and won't be good to run on. So I think next Friday would be the best time to do this and will give everyone more time to think about everything and get their things together.

I know what you mean. That is why I asked you guys to try to stay the night. But I guess we'll post-pone and we will have to do it next Friday. Other than that, this is a one day meet. Most people will be working Saturday and stuff.

Yeah no problem. It really looks like we will have to do it next week anyways. Because it turns out that the guy I was suppose to trade days off with backed out and just called me tonight when I got off work and told me he couldn't do it.
