IMPORTANT UPDATE:
we have the track BUT I MUST pay for it BEFORE 15 April.

4200 euros.

If I won't pay before that day, they will give the track to other clubs.

We HAVE to complete the national lists before the end of March,
then I'll calculate the money account per person,
and then I'll have to receive ALL the accounts before 15 April

I won't be able to do this job without your help, mates.... thank you.

You have me in - I'll do my best to organize Polish team.
As far as I remember there are 25 cars to race on the track - this would give ~170 EUR per car, right?

Our group is informed now... btw.: that national list means complete for everyone? I mean is that end of March also deadline for final accommodation decisions or just for track?

Tom: we are going to have around 35 cars entering the track, plus there is a 5 euro ticket for every car that will be there, and not entering to race in the track...
So we are going to have, on 70 participating cars:
35 x 5 = 175 euro
4200 - 175 = 4025
4025 / 35 = 115 euro each

Malpaso, as i said, italy is a tourist place... is really important to have even the hotel and restaurants list completed for the end of March... I MUST book and pay before the end of April, if we want to make that so many people could stay/sleep/eat all together in the same place...

What i'd like you to understand, is that it won't be a race... but only a funny entertainment... moreover it will be a pursuit match between only 2 cars, not more, starting from different points, and no overtakes... so absolutely not a dangerous thing... ;-)

yeah i realise this mate, i will put your description on ccuk and see if anyone changes their mind.

my clutch is starting to fail and wouldn't want to get stuck unable to get home. (yep cant afford to get it fixed yet!)

If I got sorted out and decided to use the track when we get there would that be a problem mate (i would pay my share of the ££ to the fund!)

if not then thats ok.
