i know its an older movie, but i have just watched it and am left absolutely confused.

i understand the yada yada about the hookers running O town and the cops havin a deal with them and the big guy with the flat face...


but it was a great movie, and its bothering me the things i dont understand like...


1. What is the deal with Kevin (elijah woods character)...what the hell is wrong with him?? (my favorite character by the way)

2. The "cop" that gets his head cut off with the backfired 9mm embedded in his forehead...good or bad??

2. What does Josh Hartnetts role have any signifagance in the movie?

3.and my biggest question...what is F*** is the deal with the ending?? i mean, that chick gets on the elevator and there's josh hartnett again out of nowhere...and its the end...

im somewhat aggravated and confused, great movie, two thumbs up, just somewhat confused.


by the way i realize this thread is somewhat stupid, im just bored, confused, and needing these answers before i pull my damn hair out.

Yeah, Sin City is a great movie. Can't wait to see next two parts of it.

In the past I went crazy about Frank Miller's Sin City comic books, they are fantastic.
I was afraid that the movie will ruin this amazing story but it shows in perfectly.

Josh Hartnetts's role, eh mattered to the movie but only like plot stuff.

I just saw that movie a few weeks ago, was not impressed by it, lot of hotties in it, and kinda interesting but thats about it.

God i love that movie....(pops it into the DVD player...)

This movie is def one of my all time favorites, its def in my top three. My fav character is without a doubt Marv, hes so freakin badass and his death is the best one IMO.


There are rumors of another sin city movie, how awesome is that?!
