Water/moist coming inside left high beam head lamps - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #39923 4 posts Started by kcizzle
I have moist inside my left high beam head lamps everytime I turn it on and the moist never dries out. I don't know where the liquid is coming from? Anyone have any theories/ideas I appreciate it! Thanks!

I would bet it is coming from the seam around the headlight plastic. I'd say try to seal them, and see what happens. Or just buy a used set.

simple fix.... heat up the lense and remove it via hair dryer or heat gun.... clean out the lense and housing to make sure.... potentially buy more sealant.... that glue that shuts it is not air tight anymore and is allowing moisture into the light... Just make sure it's done right and you shouldn't have any problems again

Yeah i think thats the best thing to do, instead of buying another (they are too expensive), also i would recomendo you not to throw water directly when whashing it might be broken or it might have a little hole.
