I just broke my timing belt. No meet for me any time soon.

No idea, but I do see a few Celi's on the way to school in Mpls once in a while. They should definitely join this site so we can get a bigger meet going. Is everyone's car working yet? I was just filling my tranny with new fluid and saw that my new oil seal on the CV is not the right fit for keeping the oil in. So now I'm gonna have to deal with that damn snap ring again and pull everything apart. Words can't explain how frustrated I am.

I have some bad news too someone did a hit-and-run with my celi on the worst area you can get hit at the passenger quarter panel BIG dent on it and alot of cracking in the paint I dunno if I'm gonna keep the car anymore....makes me to sad to see it like this..... kindasad.gif I don't know if I want to invest 1200+ to get it fixed.... frown.gif

Well, its sad you might have to let it go due to a dumb hit and run. I say if you love your celi spend the money on it and keep it.

most definitely keep it and fix it. Nothing will last as long as these cars do, they are very hardy machines. The only time I even considered selling my old Celi, was when it got totaled. Keep it

I love this celi I just hate the motor tongue.gif It looks like a big dent I'm hopin I can just pop it back out and repaint it. Thats my plan so far I hope it works...

Why do you hate the motor? Its torquey. If you think its slow boost it. Or just get a motor you like. Now about a meet. When shall we do this?

We should do it either before or after most spring breaks. Mine is i think, march 16th or something like that.

I don't want to boost it if I do I'll have to rebuilt it, I'm savin up for a 3rd gen 3SGTE clip I hope in the end it'll be worth it.

Is boosting the 5s worth the money? I've heard that some people don't like it after all the work it takes. I would think in our MN snow the turbo would create too much slip with the extra power at the wheels. And is there noticeable lag with the turbos people put on? I'm curious about one but not the cost, because there really isn't enough power in the stock 5s.

Well with our displacement I doubt we will have lag. I'm boosting just to boost. I'm going to keep it at factory boost and not go crazy. If it blows it blows, but hopefully blows in the summer when theres no school. I really want this meet to happen though. Why can't we just meet up at dave and busters in MG. Get some good food in our tummies and a sweet ass race in Daytona. We can do it when ever its in doors.

I actually go to North Hennepin. I went ot fergus falls my first 2 years and graduated from there and decided I wanted to get into construction management rather than automotive engineering. So whos up for D and Bs?

Holy crap, I'm so sick of my dash lights being so ****ty. I just paid a wopping 36 bucks for 2 sets of vleds and they suck worse than the ones I got from culpable. I'm so lost as to what to do now after so many hassles. The white from vleds is horrible! mad.gif

Ah crap, now I can;t find the factory ones. Should I go get some 2 dollar ones at checker? or should I get an exchange for a different color if they don't take my vleds back?

Just exchange them. If that doesnt work go oem.
