Drive slower! 55mph for me. Last me a about 10-12 days. Woot! $35-40 is still a lot though haha.

I'll be at Midway this friday if weather permits.

Woot Woot! Got my celi baby back. Now I'm brining sexy back. You GT guys are a bunch of sad emo's when talking about gas....I cruise around Minnesota like nothing.Takes me a week to get her down half way on the tank usually.

I don't worry cause I don't race.....strictly a show car....until I get a better job or funding....3s swap is gonna wait.....lol....saturn...good one....now to bash on the GT....

2.2 liter displacement and GTs are only 2 seconds faster than a ST on the quarter mile. That's a ".4" difference in liters! The fact that Will's turbo celica is probably one second faster than a civic with bolt-ons in the quarter mile as well.

People with GTs.....their ego is so high with: "haha I've got a 2.2 liter engine" and still can't even run with Saturn Ions at rockfalls....or at least until someone proves me wrong....

Until then......Celicas are Camry on steriods.

Ger, how can celicas be a camry on steroids? The 5s guys have the same motor as the 4 banger camry. I really think the camry is the one on steroids, well atleast the v6 guys.

i just think it's sad. 2.2 and 130-135hp. should of made it a 1.8 or a 2.0 with more horsepower. it's just a beautiful car with a sad engine. it would of been sweet if the 6th gen had the 7th gen celica gt-s engine! thing would of been quick

Yeah toyota could of easily brought over the 3sge or beams I don't know why we got stuck with the 5s though. but then I don't think I'm some kind of racer or anything I don't go to the tracks much anyways lol this car is only good cruising through the streets in style until you get a 3s swap I do luv turbo.

Yeah, its better than trying to build up a 5s. Its the lack of fuel and timing. I figured I would spend less on a 3s swap than throwing money into a 5s.

Anybody know who has the black 6th gen coupe that lives in Oakdale of 50th st? They also have a black 5th gen in the driveway as well. Kinda cool to see another 6th gen when I'm walking my dog

how much would it run me to get my rims properly painted or how ever its done? like if i prepped them with the file and smoothed them out cuz the previous-previous owner had them painted with the paint used on the car body and its flaking like MAD right now.

well thats what i meant by paint. who is brad and where is he located?

edit: oh yea and my car is falling apart faster by the month. finding more rust, beautiful (scraping on aluminum rod sound) from my rear left wheel area, leaking head gasket, hole somewhere in the exhaust line, and other random stuff. but that probably doesnt compare to some other peoples

got into an accident today. Its fixable but im pretty sure its totalled

interior bits are probably all ill be able to get rid of since most of the body is done for. might also have a dcw single.

not sure quite yet what im gonna do about it but ill let you guys know
