I just installed my fmic and the LAG is fuKin redonkulous. WTF did you do diff john? I set it up the same exact way as you did. But I went 2.5" piping all the way.

the lag is because now that you have a front mount you have more air to move threw all the piping. what kind of bov do you have on there..how many lbs of boost are u doing now too??.but you should check if you have any air leaks....man why didnt you call me to come help fool!!!oh yeah phone dropped in water need your number again..
when do you get full boost btw??ct26 turbos bring out full boost about 3-35k rpm with a front mount and you should carry it up to like 5500 or 63k rpm..with a top mount you carry boost from 25-3k rpms and carry it to like 6k rpm..its all the differents on the piping and the amount of air that is carried to your intake manifold..that why factory cars comes with top mount intercooler so that you can feel the boost right away...the reason for front mounts is becasue we want that crazy cool look and is wish one day we can go bigger turbos haha...for the crazy cool look you lose feel of the turbo right away..youll learn to like the front mount just cause people will give you that crazy look like damn!!! front mount..
the reason why i dont get lag is because the ct20b i have..spools up like about 23krpm and goes too llike 65krpm thats why im going to sell it and get a t3/t4 i need more power!!!!!!i dont care about the lag...

tightened everything. Boost feels the same, but a little later than before. I'm going to turn it up tomorrow. No time today in school all day.

My car is going in for paint on Monday. I will be selling it once it gets out of the paint shop. The price is at $10K OBO. Now keep in mind its OBO. You will get everything thats on the car and your choice of putting the plastics on in the rear hatch. A set of free rims too. They are ugly IMO.

exactly, the point of modding these cars is not to make money off them cuz they're not in high demand. Keep the car Will even if you're not gonna work all the time on it. Make it great slowly if all at once hasn't worked. These things take time. Look at Greg's, he spent his time working on it and didn't rush much stuff lol. Now he's got one of the nicest 5S turbos in the midwest area! You can make your car great, just have patience and keep your eye on the final prize my man. We hate to see people sell their cars!
