I was thinking if it was possible to get an st205 in the state with out it being on the street.

Seeing the main hard part is getting it insured and street legal.

What if I only want to play with it, yes tow it everywhere. Then track it, autox, rally.

What do you think?

Took the camry into the ditch and kissed the guard rail on 35W 5:30am this morning.

Two cars did 360 in front of me, me trying to avoid suffered. The other two made it ok and drove away.

Hood, driver fender, lights, bumper has to be replaced. Damn it.

Also lost my license plate, lol.

Everything from Certifit is around $200... so not bad.

Sup homies!

Been a while since I logged on. Short story, regardless of the situation, motor & transmission swap is needed this summer or fall. I've narrowed it down to the Blacktop and the 3s. Yes Will, you're right about my initial plans. "What's the point of swapping in another 7a?"

I've contemplated over and over, night after night and I've decided to go Blacktop. It cost just as much if not a bit less than a 3S, but cheaper/easier to install. Kinda within my budget range once I save up. Also I'm not the flashy guy who wants everyone to look at the 3S motor in my engine bay and drool. I was in love with the 7a and I know I'll be in love with the 4A.

Plus I like the idea of ITBs at high revs and a solid swapped 4a then a cheaply swap 3s. Like they all say, once you survive your first motor swap it gets easier and easier. Maybe down the road I'll have courage to take on the 3S. Unless you guys can convince me.

FYI, I kinda work the weekends. FML and FTL.

Fridays: I usually get Fridays off every other week.
Saturdays: Depends on how much work I need to get done, but I usually get off around 9PM-11PM.
Sundays: Usually 7Pm-8PM.

If you are really dead set on welding classes, I'd say convert a USDM one to drive just so you can enjoy it everyday. Track/weekend cars are garage queens, what's the point? May as well buy a Mk4 Poopra just so you can drive it, but still have it as a garage queen.

Slim chance since it's still early to tell, but I might have Friday the 26th open. Otherwise the 27th or 28th I have a "going away party" with my co-workers.

Hell yeah, bowling would be fun!!! Us asians love bowling.. Well Ger, with the 4a you can't go wrong. Throttle response beats the **** out of laggy turbos any day. And thats what my stroked out 5sgte is doing with the damn supra compressor wheel.
