Hey im still workin on my 7afte project, and i need some help,, whats the best way to connect the turbo oil line, to the oil pan?? cant weld cause the fitings are brass, which are to soft to weld.
tap the pan and use a nut on the inside with some washers and gasket material?

what if i were to drill the hole just big enough so you can kind of screw the fitting in, and just put like sealant around it, like JB cold weld on both sides, along with a nut and washer??
spend the extra time and money dont try and jimmy rig it

yea your 3sgte is cool but ill stick to my 7agte

i agree i tried the brass fittings and cold weld all u r going to do is make a oil leak and if u are not using a big enough fitting u will blow the seals kindasad.gif (learned the hard way ) the inside diameter of the fitting should be around 3/8 to 1/2 in wink.gif

I'm not really familar with turbo oil return lines. Why can't you weld on a steel fitting of the proper diameter and thread pitch? You could install your lines into the fitting that's been welded to the pan.
