where did you got those parts from?
I ordered them from toyotaworld and they are shipping them to me in Canada. Its coming from Texas I think, estimate was 225$... I don't know how they are shipping, maybe they have some deals with a freight company, you should ask them.
I'm getting them from Toyota of Des Moines, I can get them from my local dealer, but I won't get the discount that Jason offers.
You ordered the hood and bumper with all extra's from Toyotaworld? And shipping was $225 How much was the parts?
this is the quote they gave me :

All the other parts I ordered from http://www.1sttoyotaparts.com/. I like these guys so that's why I got the smaller parts from them.

Don't tell me thats what it cost the front bumper and the hood, i ask a guy and he told me that he paid 1200 for those, that's why i never did the conversion, but if that's the price, im going for it.
Thats for the parts I ordered from toyotaworld, I got more parts for the convertion from other places as well(Like the bumper grills, retainers, seal, etc.). It does go over 1000$
Oh and by the way, they shipped via Old Dominion Freight...Now I gotta find a way to release that package from the customs, GRRR
