Speed indicator showed 235km/h on german highways... holy moly you can watch your fuel indicator going down

in a usdm ST, top speed is around 120mph i believe.
for the gt, its around 126-130mph, limited by gearing.

I tryed once on airfield. Reached 200km (125miles) per hr. I belive it's normal for Euro ST.

My 1996 GT says 150mph, but I've brought it to about 125mph then I slowed down due to traffic.

i think this is a repost but.
i have done 270 kmph with almost stock engine. topspeed depends on gearbox power and rev limit.

I hit 122 on stock rims with 87oct in my 96GT manual. At that point it just didnt really wanna go anyfaster at any decent rate. So I coasted along it was nice.

I can't wait to get rid of that and try it out on the track in Washington. Just something to compare to for when I swap this one or the next one that I get.

120 for me, but hit 127 one time in the mountains coming down the mountain, got to love are handling! car responsed well, and i was in full control, wasn't scared at all, 94 st btw

90mph is my top speed... I really wanted to keep the maintenance fee down....
Back then when I had my Sentra, I went from LA to Las Vegas in 2 and a half hour. 120, 130mph on the 15fwy was pure fun and joy.

I hit 135 in it ...it was slightly down hill but that much....plus i run 94 octane as well...also still have stock rims..who knows..maybe the wind was in my favor

in an st it hella sucks because when like your reaching at like 85- 90 your revving so high but its alright because i rarely go that fast 60 too like 70 is fast enough for me.

i have one at 115 too, and it's like hitting a wall, the car is still pullin hard when i hit it.
Speedo don't work, but I've hit 6000 RPM's in 5th gear on a 3rd gen 3S-GE tranny with 205/50/15 tires.
Edit: Disregard my statement since it wasn't done on a 6GC.

I was under the impression that ST's (96+ anyway) are limited to 111mph
I've pushed mine to about 125 on a downgrade but only gotten it to about 115 on level road... that was with the auto tranny and 97 ECU. Since the swap I havn't really tried, but I do notice that when it gets to about 90mph it doesn't lag like the auto did.

I have fantastic peripherial vision so I can look at the speedo and pay attention to the road ahead depending on the situation, and it was 4am on a deserted strip of highway and this highway is consitently dead between 2am-5am.
