no. im happy with the auto. the car was built for straight line performance and the auto takes full advantage of that. if i ever heavily modify it and go single, I may look into upgrading the autobox but it is fine for now.

^but manuals are just so much more fun


nice supra. i like the wheels and the switch to 97+ lights makes a big [/nice] difference IMO

I was hoping for a little better numbers on the dyno but it has 148k miles on it, worn seals and it's an auto so it doesn't take to mods as well as a stick. I have it set to 18psi (wg opening @ 16)

my afc got fried in an electrical issue so the one I replaced it with (same safcii) is not dyno tuned so I'm for sure not getting those numbers @ the moment

with the car dialed in, I could probably hold my own with the vette. my mom is too chicken to race me but i drive her car sometimes and it is pretty fast. it's not a z06 because the anni's didn't come that way, but it is still pretty darn quick.

my prediction is she would take me out of the hole but once we got to speed I would pick up the slack.

lol serious?? it was on thursday and it was parked along the street. I was there all day for a seminar - the HOW TO BECOME A BETTER COMMUNICATOR seminar by Skillpath! i enjoyed the hockey try outs though - cute boys but all under 18 i think lol

yeah, thursday I was there 9-5.. I don't get to park in the gated lot since im not a fancy employee there so i have to park on the street and dodge the meter maid. I hate the one that takes pictures. the one that marks your tires with chalk is easy enough to avoid cuz you just move your car when you see a chalk line but when the asshole takes a pic of where you parked and you don't see him do it, you never know he was there and then BLAM! ticket...

Thats too funny! i paid the 5 bucks and parked where that espresso stand is on the same street u were parked on. That place is a pain to find parking!

The way it works in town is the meter maids work certain blocks @ a time and are really only around the events center maybe 2 or 3 times a month. I park in the 15 minute for 12 hours @ a time. it's hilarious!
