Is there any way, other than repainting that I can clean out what looks like scuffs or maybe scratches. I have tried waxing it, and all that did was attract rain, and lots of dust! lawls, but didnt do much other than that. I cant figure it out all these white, marks on the car... like door dings or something I am not sure any suggestions?

Try Compound. Its like a gritty wax. It just might help you out.
