Alright, so as the title says, i'm replacing all the carpet in my car. Does anyone know anywhere i'd be able to go to get durable fairly-priced carpet? I talked with this guy from a performance shop & he was telling me it'd be hard to do b/c of the form-fitting materials underneath the carpet, but when I stripped the car of the carpet, there didn't seem to be any type of form-fitting material anywhere. As of right now i've only got the driver seat in and nothing else, all panels but the doors are out. It's naked!!! Anyways, any help is much appreciated.

Yeah I replaced my carpet with pre molded for our car carpet. I'll have to look where i ordered it from.

Here's what i've found so far...the picture isn't correct, but i'm not sure if it'll be good or not.

Pre-Molded Interior---Pasenger area only.

They've got many color options...even neon color options!

thats awsome..now im thinkin of doing that. My carpet has a hole wearing in it by my gas pedal. Go for a nice Red carpet too

Yep, that's the place good find!
When I ordered they had 2 options and I got the more expensive one but it seemed like alot better quality.

You can also check out JCWhitney.com i think.. its something like that they also have pre molded carpets cut for our cars...any color. All i did was paint mine black, with a fabric paint...still looks brand new.

So here's what i've got so far...it looks so bare!

The random cigarrette butt I found underneath my carpet & insulation...wierd to say the least.


Some of the rotted insulation or w/e the hell it is, nasty, throughout the vehicle.


Echooooooo!


Extra padding, very thin, two layers, all around the car, I guess it's extra protection/noise dampering/insulation/cushion/whatever.


She definitely needs a desperate cleaning! I'm buying Dynamat for her on Thursday! Eff-in 'A'.

Allright, so all the Dynamat is in and i'm about to buy some pre-molded carpet online. I've found some good stuff with the insulation & backings. My only question is, since i've got a white celica w/ tan leather interior, and i'm trying to convert it to black interior, does anyone know if the roof carpet is black too? or is it going to stay tan? I can't see it being tan while everything else is black. If you've got black interior, can you post your roof carpet? Does anyone have black roof carpet they want to get rid or or trade for tan >>(and possibly take a tan leather interior off my hands?)>>?

I had the same problem when I converted tan to black. They only made tan and gray head liners. Grey wasnt good enough for me so I used fabric black spray paint on it. It came out really good though, except for the fact that it felt kinda like sandpaper instead of soft. But who cares.

i have the black carpet,seats,and everything else, but my headliner is a greyish color. I don't think they made a black headliner. The only thing you can do is take the headliner out, strip the carpeting material, and then go to walmart or a fabric store, find some fabric you like, and put it in there.

Other than fabric paint, thats about the only options

i've done a black headliner 2 times so far...they did not come stock in black...though its fairly easy to make it black

I see, so if you were to get a stock Celica with black interior it came in...tan? Either way, I don't know how it's supposed to look or what looks appealing, I may wind up ordering headliner that's black too, but I didn't know what it'd look like.
