Can I replace 1157, 194 and 1156 bulbs with LED's w/o any ill effects?

depends where the bulbs are, interior lights, sure. turn signals need a resistor.

Yea dude interior will work. but the turn signal will blink a hell of a lot faster than normal. my turn signal has LED's so now it blinks hella fast but it doesnt bother me.
