My horn has never worked since I bought it used. What are all the things that I could check to see why its not working?

My wire broke inside my steering wheel near the springs. But before you take apart your steering wheel, I'd check the relay and fuse.

make sure where the horn bolts to is clean metal, its grounded through that attachment point.

Thanks guys, is there a how to for removing a steering wheel? It might save me some time.

It's easy. You need a torx bit (T6 I think) to remove the air bag from the side of the steering wheel, then you need a 19mm socket (I think...can't remember but I'm pretty sure it's 19mm) to remove the single nut holding the wheel on, and a steering wheel puller.

Oh, and don't forget to remove the negative battery cable and let the car sit for a few minutes before doing this. You don't want an airbag going off or to mess up your airbag system.

Thanks, don't want that to happen of course.
