I know this sounds dumb but check fuse #13 (for the gauges)
I pulled my fuse (gauges) to stop my odometer for a few days (long story) and it killed my power windows and my moonroof when it was out, also stopped my alternator from working

and after a day it was draining my battery.
edit: also, check this
http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=36929I think your right. The 10A guage fuse is the one that powers the windows. The 30A door fuse powers the locks i think...
The gauge fuse dosen't power either directly. It is used to power the control relays in the systems. It is a common link in all of the systems that don't work.
