also is having bent fins something to worry about? and i thought they used bar and plate design?

i'm a bit confused to the size.. when i lookup spearco specs... a really small ic with a core of 3.5"Dx6.8"Wx11.75"H is enough to support 215hp... but people have huge IC's with dimensions like 26x6x6? i read about some 60-70% rule.. so i'm thinking of getting an IC that supports about 300hp or so

there is another core from spearco site which is close to 18x8x3 and it supports up to 600+hp???

so i'm a bit confused would this intercooler actually be too small or too big for what i'm shooting for? (200whp+)
