I love being a paralegal, lots of fun, lots of crazy clients.
I just took my notary public test so i get to do that now too, althought it's really not much of anything, I basically verify peoples signatures. We need it done a lot in the office.
I'm enjoying it, right now life is pretty sweet

Nice to see you back around
Question about the Notary test - is the notary that you need to be as a paralegal different? Because i know here in our office you just pay some money and submit some documents and wa-la ur a notary!
I like the idea of the scrapbook page with the tickets in it
No the notary is the same for everyone who takes it, unless you are an attorney or a county clerk, then you can just send the money and be a notory. Here we actually have to take a written test, 40 questions. It's not hard, I finished in 15 min. Although i take tests really fast. The girl that used to work with me failed it 3 times. The questions to me were stupid questions like which of the following is a conveyance of real property? and they give you 4 options, Affidavit, Mortgage, Deed, Complaint.
Seriously it's like a children's question I acutally laughed when i read that.
Lots of legal vocab. but i mean i do this everyday so these are like terms i use daily.
Man, i am on a rambling kick latley. wtf
