If I wanted a good economy car, I would drive a Civic... really.
My first car was a '93 Honda Accord. Loved it. I now drive a Honda Civic. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Honda. My celica now sits in the gargage next to my brother's Toyota supra and collects dust. I still love it though.
before i got the celica my dad was thinking of buying me a civic but he passed it up and got me the celica, i neva had one but my two first cars were a 89 crown vic and a beat up '93 buick century

My dad had an H2 for a while. I drove it when he was out of town on business. Too big for me. Didnt like driving a tank like that. Ill stick with my mr2.

i own a honda civic that i am working on a turbo for (ok its my wifes car) and i also have a nissan 240sx that will be a full race car (my other toy besibes the celica) i would say the honda has a little more up keep but takes bolt ons really well, the nissan is in a lot of parts right now as the build is going on ,and the toyota i have had to change tires and oil and that is about it (other than all the turbo goodies) i would take a toyota over a honda just because of the reliablity and low up keep , but both are awesome cars

and i jumped on it

I smoked so many modded Civics on the road! laugh: I go street racing every weekened and it got to the point where all them Civic ricers don't even want to race me anymore. The only ones that actually beat me are the hatchback Type-R swaps or faster. GSRs can kiss my tails goodbye. Besides that, Turbo'ed cars wanna race me for warmups. Civics are a freakin joke unless you are doing a JDM or KA20 swap. But my whole point being is that they are made for only one purpose... saving gas and daily driven to last. If you plan on doing anything to those car to make it fast, you gotta do more than just bolt ons becuz those stock engines don't have any power potential at all even with the extra 300 rpm VTEC.
