As some may know i am just about finished with my 3s swap (knock on wood) and soon I'm going to put on a custom 3 in exhaust, keeping the stock DP for now..



flex pipe and tubing
6 inch flex pipe or 8?
also should all of my tubing be stainless or will it not matter if i get aluminzed steel? (i dont care so much about show, but i dont want it to rust out in a week...)

Run the stock DP for now until you can afford a good one. I run 3" all the way back no cat, no resonator and just a muffler. Not sure what my flex pipe is though.

is the stock dp 3in? will this matter any?

i was just going to snag a flex pipe from ebay or something like that.. but wasn't sure if i should do everything in stainless or aluminized steel

^^ I think they have the same catalitic with some kind of built in resonator. I'm not sure.
