Basically, I can´t stand the air coming from the A/C unit, since it makes me phisically ill, but this summer was XTREMELY hot here, and I don´t want to lose any more weight by sweating like a pig in my car (I´ve heard somewhere, that sveating is not so good for your seat´s upholstery

)...
Anyway, I was wondering if any of you guys had any experience in installing the A/C system where there never was any...
Please help!

I believe I would start my troubleshooting under the hood, via the AC compressor.
You'd have to do so much work to install a/c i'm not sure if it'd even be worth it. you'd need to wire in the compressor and high side pressure sensor into the ecu. Find all the low and high side a/c lines. Install a condensor, and evaporator (which would require removal of lower dash if not the entire dash). It will be a lot of work involved.
Bonzai it looks like that is the correct box. The evaporator and heater core should be together in the same box i believe.

Also here is what i've removed so far. how the hell do you remove the a/c core?? any suggestions would be very helpful
