HELP!!!

Jaws4God was nice enough to make a signature for me and I can't figure how to put it in my profile. Can anyone explain it to a computer illiterate person (me).

to post them, I use a free website called Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com) to upload the picture.
Then you can use the link (provided on the site) to paste onto the forum.
