Some moron decided it would be a good idea to kick the SH*T outta my celi lastnight. The car was just painted a little over a month ago... It makes me sick to my stomach! And MAD AS H*LL

Wow. that's probably the worst case of vandalism on a celi that I've ever seen. Did they take anything or did they just do damage to the car?

No Nothing was taken. No i didnt know the guy, its not like he had something against me and the worst part the police had dude arrested and let him go cuz they say they have no actual proof, go figure! Theyre barely looked at the shoe print on the car and as his foot went through with the glass it cut the top of the door panel and the cops said they dont know how that would have happened as if he never cut it...

what happen to the alarm? so many vandals there in canada against celi...so sad..., find the guy and get an ASIAN mob to mess him up!

Yeah the guy was drunk and I dont have an alarm they dont always help much anyways other than let you know its already been done and by that time its too late.. I knew right after it happened as he was seen walking down the street, it was too late.

Kinda discouraging when i want to get so much more done, it was only a couple months before the paint job that someone backed into the front fender.

No I myself never seen it happen but a few of the neighbours did! If i'd have seen it happen i can assure you the guy wouldnt have just walked away...

god forbid i witness someone hit my car im mad just thinking about it lol i would have broken my other window with his face

So you said the cops had him and then let him go for lack of proof? Didn't your neighbors see him do it? That's called a witness here in the states. Did they do any paper work like a report on the guy? If so, go to the station and try to get it. Don't go in all pissed off like your gonna kill him even if you are, just be like I'm getting a lawyer and i need to know who to sue for damages. Call the guy or go visit with a freind and politly ask him to pay for the damages he caused. Maybe he will feel bad for being an ass and pay, if not, stomp him like he stomped the Celica. Good hunting.

Very sorry to hear about your car. It just goes to show that some people have no respect for other peoples property. If your neighbors saw him, get his name from the police report and sue him in civil court. The standard of proof in civil court is only "the preponderance of the evidence" not "beyond a reasonable doubt" as in criminal court. That means that all you have to do is convince a jury that it was very likely that he did it. Good luck with it.

Ow ow ow! That paint looked like it was really nice, too I'm so sorry to hear, stupid drunk ppl who don't know how to limit themselves. God, even in my drunkest moment I don't think I could mess with someone's car like that...

WTF, some police you have. I would find out where the guy lives and go beat the 5hit outta him. Better yet, burn his house while hes still inside. MUAHAAHAA

yea that sucks man i came out of work a few weeks ago and noticed a dent the size of a hubcap in my rear quarter pannel someone must have hit me and just drove away, it sucks

Yeah the paint looked hella good especialy compared to the factory teal colour. and yeah it will be going to court after the place responsible pays the deductible on my insurance theyve agreed to do that and once they do theyre excepting full responsibility for it. Its not that it wont be covered at all but now im outta wheels for how long and plus i'll be facing higher insurance rates due to a claim. once it settles in court i want it to be paid for by the people responsible not my insurance company.

Some people just arent smart enough to realize what theyre doin when theyre messin with a mans ride!!!!!!!!! It still makes me sick to my stomach and everytime i have to think or deal with another issue resulting from this i think about how much harder i wanna hit the guy!

Sorry to hear about your car. When I barly got my Saturn (don't laugh) my car got paint thrown on it. The whole front of my car got messed up. Color was all distorted. Cops did the same thing. They said, "we will have more cops drive by this street" Yeah right..


Then I bought my Celica. Day number 2, it got keyed. Go figure. My luck with cars.
