I was just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with 5sfe rod bearings going bad

, and if so what have you done to fix the problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Your only Solution is to dismantle your engine and buy new rod bearings, perhaps get stronger ones and ARP rod bolts. Do regular oil changes, never abuse the engine when its still cold and that should help out a lot. Most Rod bearings brake because its not receiving enough oil and friction creams it pieces.
A SWAP will just cost you more and giv emore headaches. Nows a good time to replace seals and do an engine rebuild.
