bascially this is what happened changing the valve cover gasket there was a hose in the way the bolt was near the alternator it spark when i tried to unbolt it then i realize i must remove the battery so i did then i did everything put everything back together now a the dash light wont turn on the signal lights and the car wont move into gears so someone saidi blew some fuses i change the fuses in the inside still no light working radio dash and car wont move into gears any idea wat happpened an what to do im panicing thanks

stick or automatic? did you check your amp fuse? the bigger looking fuse?

it's your 100 amp main fuse it's in the fuse box under the hood.
