You should have asked the person where you bought the engine from if they had the differential, driveshafts, and all parts neccassary for conversion. Sucks to be you now.
i did and they did not have it... plus i was planning on goin fwd not awd but changed my mind. I would appreciate positive info not a++hole feedback thank you...
yea i'm lookin into the same information just talk to the people who import clips to see if you can get a rear cut
thank u if u find ne more info let me kno and if i get anything ill do the same for u.
I was looking for some parts that were missing from my clip and finally had to ask a guy in Europe that was breaking or parting out a gt4. The parts will be shipped out on Monday, so I will let you know how it goes...
i was wondering if you could use a drive train from a 96 rav 4 since it uses a car platform and a 3sfe i was looking at one and it looks to be the same amount of work as the gt4 drive train ,just a thaught
This is not just a bolt on conversion, I had the same conversation
last night with Manny. From what I understand the rear subframe
is completely different. It can be done, lots of fab work involved.
Good luck if you undertake this and take lots of pics.
