13568-88460. its the part number on my timing belt. the packaging however shows the part number for a gen3 3sgte timing belt 13568-79105. clearly i have the wrong belt installed, and didnt notice until it started making noise. thanks
what is this part number...... - 6G Celicas Forums
a search at ToyotaWorld for the number on the package turned up a general timing belt, no specific model. nothing for the other part number
a Google search for the number on the belt turned up this: MR-2 Turbo Standard Cambelt
maybe someone with an EPC can help out more

That number is from the belt used to make the timing belt. In other words, that is the correct number of the belt before they cut off a certain width from the tube to make the specific belt for your model.
