wow... didnt know they were that much... during the summer i had mine off so my sound equipment could air well, but i like having it on to conceal things now since it cooled off here

they will be able to fit... just keep in mind the box height and width... plus plan where your going to mount ur amp... i mounted mine on top of the box, so its even less clearance when the trunk cover is on
i was able to fit 4 twelves in the hatch of my 5th gen with the cover on and i didnt hear any rattleing but then again i couldnt really hear much of anything with 4 12s
i need a trunk cover too, my car didnt come with one when i bought it i dont even see a place to attach it though... i have looked at how other peoples are attached and mine doesnt have the little things it hangs from... i wonder if they only came with certain years of the 6th gen? dont know how to find something like that out... do any of you owners with a 99 hatch back have a trunk cover?
the trunk cover will produce some sort of weird vibration/mild rattle if its on and the subs are playing... its a much more open space and less rattle with the trunk cover off, but with it on it sometimes sounds a little louder i guess
