My passenger airbag is taken out so i can rewire the whole dash. So the yellow and blue wire is left disconnected. I start driving to work without a dash and a bunch of crap. But today the airbag lights turn on. what does it mean and is it fixable? ill take pix tomorrow.....

This car is a burden to me now. I spend $500 on projectors to trade with mine. shipped my headlight and it all cracked. Good thing i put insurance but only $200 now im waiting for that check from usps. Went to buy another set for that person. Spent $300 from a guy in japan, told the fool to make sure theres no way it oculd break, when we recieved it, the low beams a ****ed. disputed with paypal to get only $175 back. bought another set from a member here, took too long to get it, less than $100 for a whole, set great deal. So got impatient cuz i cant go to work without headlights so i spent another $200 today. Found out that i just got the set today. now i got extra headlights The whole car is in crappy condition... im so angry so iono if im makin sense.

Sorry to hear about the bad luck you've been having.

The airbag system is detecting a fault since you have the airbag disconnected. Once you reinstall it you should be able to clear the code.

I may be able to help you out with the lights. How much do you want for the extra set?

look on your sun visor if your car is 10yrs old take it to the dealer they will check it for free...

unfortunately i dont have sun visors....but ill see if i can take it to the dealer anyways. i know my car is a 97. but ill see if they can slide.

My airbag light is always on, don't know why. But its not really a big deal? -cnelson.

mine went on one day, and smoke came from my arm rest area. some how i think the airbag sensor fried or what not, i just unplugged the airbag lead to the airbag sensor until i was able to get a new one to replace it.

but i agree with them that it's probably because you have one bag unplugged
