does anybody know the bolts size if you want to pull out the rotors. i know it can be done with couple of bolts but i forgot the size. maybe 15 mm bolts?

The rotors should slide right off. But if you have to drive bolts into them to force them off, they're the same size as the 12mm bolts that hold the brake line to the strut.
New Toyota project coming soon...
would some good ole pb blaster come in handy here?

fronts bolts are 17mm, rear are 14mm
if the bolts dont work, heat and hammer will.

No no - bad idea unless you are planning on trashing them anyway. My friend did this to his Corolla and man it was nasty.
BTW - I use 5/16-18 bolts I got out of stock at work and they worked great. Guess the thread diameter, pitch and threads per inch must have been very similar. Also worked well on another friend's Camry and Solara I work on too.

well usually when you're taking off a rotor you'll be replacing it
also, you can always use a bar to hit the rotor hat to jar it loose.

Or to have it turned
. But yeah I see your point. It could be done with out destruction. The bolts will work for him though.
i've stripped the rusty threads right out of many rotors and drums, the bolts work sometimes.
