I didn't really see alot of celica's of any generation. I remember one 7th gen, and one or two 1st gens, and that's it. a bunch of mr2's though. including one that had a 5s in it (yeah, I felt special that someone at the car show had the same engine as me). ALOT of civics, ALOT of subaru's, and ALOT of S2000's... I liked the 240sx with the 2jz in it though.

Hey Everyone... New member here....

Im from Oakland and work in San Ramon.... I have always loved the 6th gen, so I finally went out and got myself one... its a 99 GT vert, all stock for now....

Im interested in a meet up in NorCal also.

Has anyone started planning anything besides Dyno Day?

yeah, it might be kinda busy at the dyno day, I doubt we'll actually ever get to dyno our cars. I suppose we could just go to check out the other cars... either that or somebody needs to think of something else to do. btw, I'm not going to be able to make it to whatever it is we do until like 3 or 3:30

What time is everyone thinking of going to Dyno Day?

Id like to come... but I mentor some kids from castlemont HS in east oakland and Id like to bring one of them along.... I just have to have him back in oakland by 2pm.....

If anything.... I can head out to Dyno after I bring him back....

Is everyone planning on meeting up somewhere before and cruising up to DD together?

ok, so, since this weekend is president's day weekend I actually don't have school so I will be able to be there on time. does meeting up for lunch at, say, 12 noon at applebee's or chili's sound good to everyone? then we can all drive over to the dyno day?

both applebee's and chili's are right off of 580 so it should be easy for everybody to find.

for the record, applebee's is NOT off the same exit. it's actually one exit sooner if you're headed east (and I assume most of you are). basically you'll take the first street exit, turn right at the end of the off ramp onto first street, go down 2 or 3 intersections and turn left into the safeway parking lot (you'll see the safeway gas station) applebee's is located directly across the parking lot from safeway.



baiscally, the red X is applebee's. the blue X is Lowe's. and the green X is safeway. hopefully everyone will be able to find that.
