I have a small oil leak comming from the inside of my block where the oil cooler is fitted, did any one have any probs. with the o ring?

Nope. Should be simple to fix though.

The aluminum housing could be cracked.
Also, IIRC there are 2 O-rings.
One is on the bottom of the housing.
