Honestly I wouldn't go more than 17s. 18s would be pushing it. It's not a bad looking wheel, but I wouldn't go with 20s on a celica.
IMO i dont like chrome. (black chrome is hott tho.)

20's arent a problem even with a dropped celi. Its only gotta got 30or25 profile tires. But go with 19's thats my opinion.
