I actually like how it looks. I only have this one piece installed right now though as it's freaking COLD outside and even in the garage it's below freezing right now, so I brought the shifter surround inside to at least test this one piece.
hahahaha you're retarded !!!

just kidding man wink.gif

looks good, I'd like to see how the rest looks when it's done. Is it a just a stick-on overlay kit ?

Yes, it's just a stick on overlay. But.........I'm considering buying the red/black CF sheets and completely layering/epoxying for a "complete" look.
where did you get it from? hows the fit?

i think normal cf would probably look pretty good in moderation, but im not sure about the red.

One o'dem crazy Canadian freaks, eh?
I'll have to dig the information on the place up when I get home as to where I got it from.

Fit is Ok. Not spot on, but close enough to look decent.
not bad for an overlay... but I think it would look better if you wrapped the whole thing, it looks too much like its just stuck on

you didn't read correctly its just the normal STICK on kit....
fastbird just typed in extra words that don't really apply
i wish i had that extra pocket thingy so i could put my celphone in it
Cool, I got the real carbon fiber stick-on overlay as well. I got it in silver though, and if you get tired of the way it looks you can always take it off without too much hassle. wink.gif
I think it looks good. I am also looking to get a sheet and wrap my dash pieces, let me know if you find some smile.gif

eBay is your friend. About a hundred bucks should get you a sheet that's about a 50" x 36" size. Pricey, but since it's a twill/weave, it'll conform VERY well to contours, and with some practice with the resin you should be able to put out a nice finish.
if your talking about carbon fiber cloth...and a few hundred for that much you're looking in the Very wrong places my friend

Look anywhere. Going rate for a 30x50 inch roll (or thereabouts) is generally going to cost you between $800-120.
