Hi all this is my first post of many on this site. I have a ST and i have done a few mods already. I have a full exhaust system, a blitz sonic induction kit and a apexi safc II. I made 133.7 bhp & 124.9 lb/ft before remap of safc then 133.8 bhp & 121.6 lb/ft after remap.

I have and exhaust manifold on the way and an ignition controller waiting to be fitted, also i am interested in upgrading the cams in my car. Is there anywhere in the US where i can purchase a pair or what measurements can i get my existing cams reground to increase the performance for the 7AFE, becuase tuning the 7afe in the uk is really non-existant.

No one really tunes the 7AFE here either... so there aren't really any drop-in performance cams or any tested profiles for the stock motor/ecu. I'd reccomend talking to cam experts and learn about cam profiles and how they work... then do some custom regrinds in a moderately mild profile you know will run good.

Has anyone else had any experience in these camshafts, also you have had yours reground what results did you achieve
