do celicas come prewired for foglights? Cuz i just purchased a set and just curious if i would have to run a whole new set of wires or if they are already there.

the USDM 94-95 do not come prewired for fogs. You would have to run your own wires.

hmm, i ran my own wires relays anyway... but when i had the bumper off there were 2 plugs just hanging there, no clue what they were for, i thought they were for fogs, no clue what else they would be for

Been 4 years since I had my '95 GT but don't the pre-facelift cars also have 2 sets of predrilled holes with plastic thread protectors installed in them right about where the factory foglights should be as well? Look underneath the aluminum bar just above the mouth. You'll see.
