right..thanks man. I was told by my mechanic that it was the knock sensor, but i was thinkin it should b on the back of the engine. do u by chance have a pic of some one using a t-fitting and an electric oil pressure sending unit on it?
Man.........if your mechanic told you that was the knock sensor he needs a new job.

I have since dumped this unit as it was no good... i would recommend using a mechanical oil guage.

http://www.alamomotorsports.com/greddy/grd...ockadapter.html i used to install my pressure guage. It makes install REALLY easy. Goes right under the oil filter with the supplied adaptor. I got mine from showstoppersusa.com
Is there a way to tap into the sending unit to install an electonic oil pressure gauge?
EDIT: Also, whats the best route to run the wires for guages?? I was thinkin of runnin em through the same way i ran the wires for my fog lights and amp power line through the grommet in the drivers side inner fender and up through where the battery is. Is there an easyier way of runnin em? Im gonna b runnin oil pressure, volt and A/F. For powering the Volt and the lights, im gonna tap into the cig lighter's power source.
