FS: OEM hood and Custom Hood - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #45378 16 posts Started by MaskedMan
Hey well I have a friend who is selling 2 hoods. One is an OEM hood, and the other hood has vents cut in it to resemble the Supra TRD style hood. Here is a pic. He is just seeing if anyone is interested in buying it and for how much. I don't know if he is a member on here or not, but here is a pic of the Custom hood on his car. He is located San Bernadino CA.

Sorry for the delay in times, but i need to talk to my friend first. The problem is that i will be at work all day. So it will be awhile before we can get things worked out. I will message him tonight letting him know that you are interested in the hood for $200 and see what he says, and then ask him to get a shipping quote. If you can't wait that long, then it's cool, sorry we cant get this settled soon enough. Have a nice day smile.gif
ya know what...if he can do it 200 SHIPPED i'll do it. i'll hang on for another day.

I don't mean to rain on your parade, but shipping that hood across the country is going to cost a hell of a lot more than 200. I believe you are SOL.

I'm pretty sure that for $200 you could make your hood look exactly like that.
Alright, both hoods still for sale then.
damn! i want that hood! but i just found out my friend will use his plasma cutter to cut mine for free at his school

hey bro i seen u were gonna cut your hood like mine. well just a bit of advice, use a cold saw, then a plasma cutter in the tight spost, or your hood will get waves from the heat, and if u cut out the supports, it will make the hood droop in the middle at speed.

Alright, anyone interested in any information regarding the custom hood or purchasing the OEM hood, contact SlickRick. He is the owner of the hoods, so now everything doesn't have to go through me haha.
