Follow each step one after the other, then select the relevant operating system procedure and follow that step by step. Download all the malware removal programs and run them in order and attach the log files in a new thread on the majorgeeks forum.
If ti doesn't work try doing it all in safe mode!

yes, all plates has been shipped, so I'd think Monday is the latest for you guys to get them. Please post as soon as you get them and inspect them for damage. they have been wrapped pretty good so no damage is expected but inspect them to be 100 % sure.

I haven't sent the delivery confirmation mainly because the lady at the post office didn't identify the tracking slips, so I don't know which number belongs to who , I always go to the post office after work which is 10 minutes before they close, so I kind of deserve that one I guess.
for international shipment USPS says that it takes from 6 to 12 days for delivery, I found this very inconsistent, sometimes takes 4 days and sometimes more than 12
