yeayea... i know there are a lot of people that fit this description in members rides section... already took a look...

i really really really want to paint my car white... but when i look @ pics of this bumper in white... it just doesn't look that nice... and i'm tempted to keep my car silver...

so if any of you white celi owners wif this bumper see this post, do you think you could take some nice pics (of the entire car) from a couple angles?

ok... what i meant was could they post BETTER DAY pics...

cause i already saw all those in the members rides... and... well... they all didn't look too good... except for FoREpLayAX's night pic.. but since it's a night shot... well.. night shots seem to distort things cause all cars look nicer at night...

i can't quite put my finger on why that bumper doesn't look too good in white when i look at it...
-is it just cause the shade of white they used..
-or cause the white used didn't match the rest of the car in those pics...
-or just cause it's too 'busy' looking for white
-or something else

it's because they didn't have a good hood to flow with the bumper.. the hood is too flat and plain to match with the numerous vents and grills of the bumper.
imo, get a c-one or zyclone hood as well. like chanh's old car... or spend 4x more and get the actual c-one parts from japan (like tufy's car)

i already hv all the parts... just deciding on colour... dun wanna spend like 3k and not be happy with it

maybe the only way is to PS it =/...

i think you should go white too....i have mines...but haven't got the time or money to do anything to it to make it look clean and mean....white is a positive go with it...especially lookly at that celica above in its white dazzling color....i think the white can look bad if the color of the shades of white doesn't match....if you're going to paint your car with the new bumper white in all, i think your car will look nice too....even though i have a white car, whenever i do end up putting the bumper on, imma paint the whole car and the rest of the parts the same exact color....so it comes out clean. do update...

i think white c-ones look tight.it makes the holes and vents stand out.

i think the stock white on most celicas is sorta plain and flat looking.. but if you paint it with some type of pearl will help make it stand out more. what makes white look better is if you can see the shine off of it.. most times you can't because of dirt or clearcoat fading, etc..
