So I just started with a personal trainer 2 weeks ago. he had me last week bench and I was doing 75 pounds for 12 reps 3 times. Then today we were doing the same and then we bumped it up to 95 but I could only handle it for one go around. So then I wanted to max out and I ended up maxing at 105. Yeah I know that doesnt seem like much but hey for a girl thats not too bad!
Im excited to lift some more. Obviously not going to go overboard cuz I dont wanna end up too buff. obviously i know that would take a lot of work. Anyways im excited :-) it feels good to be back in the gym!
What do you guys normally bench and whats ur max?
