I have a 1995 GTS(canada) and I'm getting a clunking sound out of the rear brake and a burning smell. Sometimes it sounds like the brake pads are done, but they're new. I've been told by Toyota that it's something to do with the emergency brake getting stuck and being worn out. Total bill would be over a grand to change all the parts. Anyone have this happen to them?
