I wouldn't do that to my woman and I expect her not to do that to me. It's a matter of respect.
Most people don't/won't cheat - but sometimes things happen. I trust myself not to cheat but I also make sure I do not put myself in a situation where something could happen. Example...if I were to go out to a bar to hang with a friend, no problem. But if my friend asked to to go with him to some chics place or dorm with her friend afterwards then I will not put myself into the situation where cheating might cross my mind. If I were single, I'd be all over it, but not now. The temptation would be there and in the "heat of the moment" usually bad decisions are made. It's a matter of respect for your significant other. I wouldn't want her to do it, therefore I do not.
but back to topic, a girl and a guy living together with no messing around only happens on TV.
