She's a 62 impala that I bought from my wifes grandmother for $200.00. It's last tag sticker is from 1979 so it's sat there for around 28 years waiting on me. I was supposed to have it at my house already but complications arose...but it will be at my house soon.

Well, it hasn't been driven in over 20 years... so thats probably more like 'not so quick'-sand

Alot of my friends here have asked if I am going to "restore it or customize it".

I'm not quite sure now. One guy said if it was his he would shave everything he could on it, bag it, paint it some outragous colour, and put the largest motor he could get in it.

This doesn't appeal to me since (for it's age and upkeep) it's in better shape than could be expected. I really think I might go for a "resto" with a slight twist on things.

I dunno, I want to plan it all out before I spend anything though...
