They showed skits of George Lopez telling the same joke about the "wall" and no one said anything to him.
Frankly Joe Rogan is just trying to give Mencia some Shi* and is trying to get his comedic career up and going again.
Hell he even hated on Dane Cook before.

Carlos Mencia isn't even his real name. He steals jokes. Period. Joe Rogan gives him a hard time because real comedians put a lot of work into their routines and "Carlos" adapts someone elses.

I liked Dane Cook alot, about 4 yrs ago. Nobody knew who he was and his stuff was different and funny. Now he's mainstream and thats good for him, making movies and stuff, but his acts old, and I'm not into him.
George Lopez did those original jokes, Mencia stole from him. So you have it backwards. Watch the video on Joe Rogans site which shows all the acts NED has ripped off.

lawl, I don't watch mencia, but from time to time I watch comedy central while sitting at my computer. When his show comes on, I recognize it by the derp de der and I get up and turn it off, because I don't want to be that stupid.
