Our stock offset is +35 ish. -35 is is like... WHOA NUTS! The wheels will be sticking several inches out from the fender.

I think it will, acording to the offset chart you can run +28 stock hight and +40 with droped hight, so if you run +30 offset with roled fenders you will be left with 2mm clearence... this is the optimum offset for maximum wheel lip that you can fit on our cars with out rubbing... (ie, only with the wheel and tire specs givin above...)
18x8 with a 30mm offset is pushing it very very close. I tend to think it'll rub on the fronts when you turn. It'll probably be OK depending on how low you ride.
