Raise front of car on jackstands or ramps. Support engine mount crossmember with jackstand. remove dust covers at rear of crossmember, remove attaching bolts (2 nuts and 1 bolt), at this point only the forward crossmember bolts and forward engine mount bolts are supporting the crossmember, remove thru bolt on rear mount( I had to use a long extension from the driver side of the car). May have to remove rear mount bracket (attached to engine block)and exhaust pipe support bracket for mount to be removed. use floor jack to help with realignment of thru bolt when installing new mount.

I do something similar, just unbolt and lower the crossmember and then you can easily remove the mount.
