Hey you guys there has been some recent vandalism of cars at my college. People are going around and busting peoples taillights. I am going to sell my JDM tails in the hopes that they will find a better and safer home. The only catch is that I will need some stock ones in return. I am not sure what to ask so I will ask 175 OBO plus your stock ones.

I just plugged them in to my stock harness. They are plug and play

Are they really plug n play, cus on mine the us harness does not twist on, the patterns are different. Not only the bulbs are different, but the us ones have an extra light bulb for the corner which is not on the jdm one.

yup I took out my stock ones then plugged these right in. I bought these from Vincent Doggy so if need be you can ask him.

To clear this confusion up. The stock harness is not interchangeable with a JDM harness... It uses the same plug in order to operate though. By plus an play Brandon means that the JDM tails simply plug into the stock plug. NOT that the harnesses are interchangeable.... JDM tails have an extra bulb

Mine were totally a$$ backwards from what you just said. My USDM ones had an extra light and everything just plugged right up. I cut a hole on the very obvious bossing for the extra hole and now the white corners light up at night too. Is it possible there are different types of both USDM and JDM ones making for all this confusion?

I would assume dustin just mixed it up in his post. The USDM tails have the extra "rear sidemarker" light which the JDM tails do not. That is what makes the JDM tails not DOT approved in the US.
